FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE ON MY ORDER?

At this time our system is setup to allow one discount code per order.  If you have more than one discount code, just make sure to pick the best one!

WHEN WILL  MY ITEMS ARRIVE?

We ship from both our home office in Richmond, VA and directly from the Manufacturers internationally depending on our stock availability. 

Mon - Fri, Excluding weekends & holidays

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2 - 3 business days.

Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment.

If we are shipping from our warehouses internationally, please expect 10 - 20 days to receive your order. 

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. indiaandeverest.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Our primary warehouse is located in Richmond, VA USA. We source our clothing pieces from various companies throughout the US, Europe, and Asia. We do our best to offer quality and stylish children's garments and accessories at affordable prices. 

Most items will ship directly from our local Richmond, VA warehouse but others will be sent directly to your door from our overseas partners.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Change / Order Cancellation Policy

  • Request of size, color, or address change must be done within 12 hours of order confirmation. Cancellation of orders are honored within 12 hours of the transaction.

We firmly stand behind our products.  We will REPLACE your item if it falls into one of these categories:

  1. The item has a manufacturing problem
  2. The item was the incorrect size
  3. Item did not make it to delivery address

We need a photo of the item to be replaced showing the defect in order or size to request a replacement.  Please note, refunds are not given for any of these reasons.  We will issue a reorder.  Refunds will only be given when items are returned to us.

HOW DO YOU DETERMINE YOUR "COMPARED TO" PRICES?

We get these prices from our wholesalers or from competitor analysis.
