Order and Shipping Confirmation

We ship from both our home office in Richmond, VA and directly from the Manufacturers internationally.

Mon - Fri, Excluding weekends & holidays

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2 - 3 business days

Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the US or Asia. If from Asia, please expect 10 - 20 days to receive your order. 

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS.


Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

Return Policy

We offer full refunds for unsatisfactory items returned within 10 days of delivery as well as even exchanges or store credit for items in brand new, unused condition. We cannot accept the return if it has been worn or used in any way.

All Special Occasion items, accessories, and Clearance Sale or Blowout Sale styles are FINAL SALE and are not available for a refund. 

Special Occasion includes any formal, seasonal, or themed outfit. If your dress does not fit, it can be exchanged for a different size or store credit.

Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that we do not accept returns of final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description, unless they are faulty. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed under product details on the product page. 


We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed.

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.
